Asian Amigo strives to create 100% customer satisfaction. If any item you receive has any defects or flaws, please contact Asian Amigo within 7 days of your purchase. Returns will be determined on a case-by-case basis, and Asian Amigo reserves the right to deny returns. Hot food items purchased in-store are non-refundable.

Asian Amigo will not cover damage caused after an item has left the store and is not responsible for any items forgotten at the time of an in-store purchase. All items must be returned in its original, unopened packaging. Online orders will only be returned as a result of our own error. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Receipts must be present at the time of a return. Returns will be refunded using the same payment method that was used to make the purchase with the exception of EBT. We will provide store credit as returns of EBT eligible items. Some exclusions apply.
